NCLEX Review

Goal

To review for NCLEX-RN state board test with Professor Laurie Brown in such a way that the student participates in a comprehensive nursing review and is able to then pass the Nursing Exam and become a NURSE.

Method

Lecture and Kinesthetic learning with discussions for a comprehensive review of your nursing knowledge.  Kinesthetic learning enhances your clinical experiences. You will be a "Walking Flashcard".

Cost

$250 per person, groups of 5 or more students registering together (mailed forms with checks in one envelope) will receive a rate of $225 per attendee. Payment plans may be arranged if needed.

"The Best Way"

As a forward thinking student, you can take RN Laurie’s NCLEX Review before or during your Medical-Surgical advance study courses. Taking the class earlier in your program will increase your understanding of complex material.  You will continue to have access to clinical experiences and nursing theory to boost and advance your knowledge during your clinical rotations.  Then, take the course again, for half price, and enhance your critical thinking so there are no areas of deficits. Knowledge deficit is the number one reason that students do not pass the NCLEX.   Doing the review “The Best Way” will reinforce your knowledge and ability to pass the test with 75 of the toughest questions The Best Way costs are $250 for the first session and then $125 for the additional session. (Remember, if you register with a group of 5 or more students you can pay $225 per attendee for your first session).

RSVP

All sessions currently have space available.  Please register by filling out registration form and mailing check.

Ohman.  You should answer at least 1000 or more practice questions on your own.

What students say

"Thank you again Laurie for such an amazing review! I was going to email you about how incredibly helpful that was for our current Med-Surg class! We have been going over Pulmonary Emboli, ABG's and Myocardio complications and I understand everything so much more now than before...it all just clicks :) We just quizzed over ABG's and respiratory and I only missed one question and was able to think through everything. This is the hardest term we have and I oddly feel more at ease when going through the material than ever before. You are the best money that I have put into nursing school so far. As I am doing the BEST WAY, I will be seeing you again at the end of my program in August, before I take my NCLEX.       Again, thanks for being awesome!         Nicole

"I took your NCLEX Review course in May for the NCLEX in June.  I remember you telling us that you like to hear how many of your students pass, how many questions they had, etc.... I passed @ 75 questions!  I had 2 math questions.  I am now at OHSU . . . Thank you so much for all of the knowledge and study tips you helped me with.  I felt much more prepared after doing your weekend review . . . more so than I did after taking 8 weeks with Kaplan!  Thanks again.  Tabitha W.

"RN Laurie's NCLEX review class not only provided me with a complete review of nursing content, but her teaching strategies made me feel like a more confident test taker. I left nursing school feeling a little insecure of my abilities to pass the NCLEX. But, I look this course and then took my NCLEX a few weeks later and passed with 75 questions. Without a doubt, this review class, was a major contributing factor to my success. Thank you Professor Brown!" ...Ashley L.
